Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moor is a Hollywood writer and actor that has won critical acclaim for her talents. Sagittarius born the actress was born on the 3rd of December, 1960 in North Carolina. She's the eldest of three children who were born to Peter Moore Smith (a paratrooper) as well as Anne Smith, a psychologist. Her heritage is English-Scottish.
